2. Who We Are and What We Do

Music City Builder Group LLC (“Music City Builder Group,” “we,” “us”) is a parent holding company for a family of specialty construction and home service brands and divisions serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We operate this Site to help property owners find the right specialist for their needs and to make it easy to get in touch.

We act as a coordinator and point of contact. We help match your need with the appropriate division, organize projects and communicate between customers and specialists.

3. Partner Contractors

Work performed on projects arranged through Music City Builder Group is carried out by specialized partner contractors, independent businesses and tradespeople who are specialists in their trades. Each division and partner contractor operates its own business and is responsible for its own employees, methods, materials, licenses, insurance, permits and work.

Partner contractors are not employees or agents of Music City Builder Group LLC unless a written agreement says otherwise. Statements on this Site about divisions and partners describe the services they offer and do not create any guarantee on our part.

4. No Responsibility for Partner Contractor Work

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music City Builder Group LLC is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, injuries, delays, defects, claims, disputes or legal matters of any kind that arise from or relate to the work, workmanship, materials, products, advice, scheduling, conduct or omissions of any partner contractor, division or other third party, whether or not we introduced, recommended or coordinated that contractor.

If you have a concern about work performed on your property, please contact the partner contractor or division that performed it first. You are also encouraged to review your own insurance and to ask any contractor for proof of the licenses, insurance and permits that apply to your project. We are happy to help you reach the right person.

5. Estimates, Contracts and Payment

Estimates, scopes of work, prices, schedules, warranties and payment terms are provided by the partner contractor or division that will perform your work. Any contract for services is between you and that contractor. Estimates given by phone, form or on this Site are subject to inspection and may change if conditions differ from what was described.

Free estimate offers refer to the initial estimate and do not obligate you to hire anyone.

6. Emergency Services

We answer calls for emergency situations at any hour, but response times depend on conditions, availability and the nature of the emergency. If anyone is in danger, or you smell gas or see fire, call 911 first. Our emergency guidance is general and does not replace instructions from emergency responders or your utility.

The tools, checklists, articles, descriptions and other information on this Site are provided for general information and planning only. They are not inspections, diagnoses, engineering, legal or professional advice, or quotes. A qualified, licensed professional should inspect your property before any decision is made.
